My blog’s been a bit quiet so far. Here’s an attempt at posting a monster from the D&D Insider Monster Editor in the Adventure Tools. The creature is a beholder that wears armor, is capable in melee, and has powers that utilize it’s spiked armor and the ability to spin in place or roll around the battlefield. It is a Level 18 Elite Artillery.
This creature was designed to fight two 16th level heroes in a gladiatorial ring. The heroes beat the beholder pretty badly, but expended a lot of powers.
